If you love your animals as much as I love my cats Jonsnow and Wookie (which is a lot) then Pet Doctors Botley is for you.
Absolutely fabulous, every time I attend with my cats I am always greeted with a warm welcome and my cats are treated with love and care and attention, which reassures me that my cats are in safe hands.
The whole team at Pet Doctors Botley do a fantastic job especially at helping to keep me at ease when it comes to Jonsnow and Wookie having their vaccinations , it’s a Mum thing. Great customer service even during busy times and if Jonsnow and Wookie could talk I am sure they would highly agree with me.

Ambra saved my cats life before Christmas and I'm so very grateful and the receptionist was also lovely and caring. Would register here without a doubt if it were a bit closer than my existing vets in Hamble. Thank you so much! I have been very impressed with this practise since I have been using them for my rabbits for the last two years.
Firstly, they are very knowledgeable about small pets and have taken the time to discuss my worries or answer questions over the phone. Secondly, the customer service is excellent - always friendly, welcoming and professional. I even got a sympathy card after losing one of my rabbits which I thought was a really nice touch...highly recommended!

Amazing vets. Had to take my cat to an emergency vet who took hundreds of £s from me and told me my cat was fine. I know my cat, she wasn't well. Called Pet Doctors and they saw my little girl the same day. Diagnosed and treated her quickly and efficiently and to my amazement as she was a new client her visit was free and I only had to pay for her medication. I was so pleased and have since signed my other pets up with them. Really impressed and I can't fault them on anything.
