Three Bears Mobile Vets

What a great change from the vets we have been using. Dr Mike was so good with willow our lab dog whose been limping for the last few weeks. The first time willow was given a proper examination of all her leg he was so good with her even if she made it hard for him by sitting or just keep moving but bless him he just went with her. So good about explaining what he thought was wrong but needed X-ray to be shore so let's hope willow will get the treatment she needs now with someone I can trust her with. Highly recommended will definitely be our vet from now on. Thank you

Mike is brilliant. He's really caring and thorough. He won't tell you something is wrong with your pet where there isn't like some of the chains (or tell you they are fine when they are not, like our experience with our previous vet).

I always recommend Mike when friends tell us they are thinking of getting a pet.

Our cat Tali was very poorly in hospital last year and he checked in regularly with us and the RVC. It was so reassuring to know he was there for us to talk to and help explain things to us.

I am disgusted with there attitude& service when I asked them if they could come for a house call to my dog as it was an emergency I'm in Wormey so therefore I was too far from them, yet they are only up the road in Cuffley. I said I'd phoned around many vets & they all told me to phone this place as they do come to homes. I'm telling them my Golden retriever is very I'll, panting lost alot of weight and is deteriorating but cos I was just outside there "zone" area they flat out refused to come. I begged them that we are desperate and Alfie has not gotten into a car for 4 years as it stresses him out and being a large dog I cant lift him & being so I'll I dont want to cause him more stress. I said I'd pay plenty extra & please come but they absolutely refused. It would take them 15min, 20 most to come. How uncaring can this place be towards an animal I cannot understand ! I am so appalled by this unprofessional service but more so upset by their there uncaring nature. I would understand if I was an hours drive away. Even another vet offered to call them and persuade them to come out to Alfie, but they still refused !. You dont even deserve the 1 star I've given you

The best vets I've ever used. Sensitive, honest, prompt and reasonably priced. They really care about the animals. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Absolutely fantastic vets. So lovely when my Gsd had to be helped over the Rainbow Bridge. Could not recommend more highly.

AMAZING customer service and so caring! I Have been using Three Bears Vets for a few years now and always been so happy with Mike every time I have taken my dog to the vet. Today was the first time my dog Rosie was seen by James the other vet and again was so happy. The veterinary nurse was also lovely and my dog even kept going back to be stroked which make a difference to them normally wanting to run away from the vets. I will never ever take my dog to any other vets and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic as always! Used Three Bears on a few occasions now. Shame we have only found out about them last year. Mike is so good with our dog, no rush, making sure that everything is done properly. A very professional and friendly service. One of those vets who actually cares 🙂And very reasonable charges considering home visits. Our best vet so far 😁👍🐕 Thank you!

Wow what can I say. I had to call a vet to put my Dad's dog down as her time was here to cross over the Rainbow bridge. The nurse sat down with a lovely fluffy blanket and cuddled the dog, whilst Mike explained what he was doing and did everything with compassion and kindness. Both of them made this experience as painless as possible and I can honestly recommend this practice 100%. 6 stars would be awarded if possible. THANK YOU !!
