Vets4Pets - Sittingbourne

Our dog was taken ill with a blockage in his stomach, the reception staff/nurses ensured they got him in for an emergency appointment in between their schedule appointments which then resulted in him needing various tests, x-rays & an unplanned operation. Throughout the whole process all staff members were very supportive & did everything they could to make sure that I was kept in the loop at all times & was aware of the situation.

Overall, I can’t thank the staff/nurses/vets at this practice for all they did for Archie if it wasn’t for them it could have been a very different story!

I have a very nervous rescue dog who came in to be spayed. The staff where so caring and considerate to my dog. I felt relaxed during the procedure knowing she was in safe hands. The after care treatment was very well explained as well the actual procedure.

Prompted by an aftercare survey to post to Google so just putting here! The whole Vets4Pets staff team are so lovely, so friendly and supportive - so much genuine care, kindness and attentiveness that makes things feel so much easier and always makes it a pleasure to visit, even during anxious periods of ill pet health. Though our recent experience was a series of very expensive visits due to the ongoing issue and so price-wise things were very quickly a growing concern for us, it genuinely felt like the whole team was invested in helping to solve the problem, they kept us updated every step of the way and were also incredibly supportive with helping to submit and stay on top of a series of insurance claims made.

Really nice vets, caring and really devoted to the animals they see. Our little Murphy was very happy there.

The whole experience was great. We were kept updated throughout the day on our dog's progress and all staff were wonderful 😊

Rubbish don't bother nobody there on a weekend. Don't send healthcare medication out to you, expect you to come in but everytime I have they are closed (so what am i actually paying a monthly fee for??) when the staff are there they are rude and unhelpful.

Friendly staff, vet was very proactive with our pet. All in the venue were happy and engaging.

Very friendly and welcoming - Was greeted by Heather on reception who was very helpful and vet Petra was great. Both super informative :)!
