Always friendly and helpful and genuinely care about the animals in their care.
My cat is very old and they are so gentle with him. We’re still not allowed in the consulting rooms due to Covid but I am always confident that my old feller is being taken care of well by them even when out of sight.

Rubbish
My dog was booked in for a operation, I arrived 9 o’clock in the morning my dog was there all day till 6.30 and the operation never took place because 4 other pets had operations before my dog. I Believe they ran out of time because they closed at 6 o’clock . I had booked 1 week holiday from work to care for my dog plus that Saturday off. It’s all about the money because I was paying via my insurance, Im sure the cash would have made all the difference. Just be warned.

First brought one of my dogs to this vets 7 years ago and quickly transferred the rest of my animals here. They have always been fantastic, whether it’s been chronic conditions, check ups or coming to our home to put a dog down. Raluca in particular is an amazing vet. Have recommended this surgery to multiple people and trust them completely.
The clinic staff have always been friendly and when I call or pop in with one animal, they always ask after the others and remember their names.
The only negative is a shortage of staff manning reception sometimes which can mean waiting or taking a while to answer the phone. But this is down to a shortage of staff and not due to any of the staff working there.

I always fine when I visit or phone that the vets, nurses and receptionist are very polite and helpful. The vet or nurse will always explain everything to you. I have never had any problems trying to get an appointment and all the staff are friendly to me and my pet, which is what you want to see and know that you pet is in good hand and that they really care.

This was my first visit to Vets4Pets Waltham Abbey, this visit was due to changing vets from the Vets4Pets Hertford which was a disgrace tbh. From the very first minute I stepped into Waltham Abbey it was friendly and relaxed. The receptionist was lovely and helpful and the vets was outstanding, informative, put my mind to rest, answered questions, loved Milo, helpful, thorough, honestly couldn’t have asked for better visit. The difference between Waltham Abbey and the Hertford branch was completely different. So glad I moved Milo now.

So far had a very good experience with this vet. Albeit, thankfully we haven’t yet had to use them for anything other than a 6 monthly check up and injections so I’m unsure of how expensive they may be if treatment was needed.
We decided to change from The Vet Whetstone to this vet after not having a great experience there and hearing good things about this place. On our first visit we were greeted by the receptionist who made a huge fuss of our usually nervous Hugo and that put him at ease, he even got free treats! Hugo was so relaxed that he actually sat still for long enough to be weighed, which he has never done before. The vet then came out to greet us and she obviously knew that it was Hugo’s first visit so picked him up (all 18kg of him!) and took him into her room. Due to covid I was not allowed in but when she came back out she spent time with me asking questions about his health and gave me some great advice. If all my experiences with this vet are like this then I cannot fault them. FINALLY A VET THAT ACTUALLY LIKES TO PLAY WITH THE ANIMALS! A god send for dogs that are nervous and need some extra affection.
