The staff are very friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. They are very thorough with the aftercare and they listen to your pets needs when they are with them. The staff are very helpful on the phone

Utterly disgusted with this practice. My cat has been going to station view medivet for years and it is temp closed. My elderly cat became very unwell (sudden onset vomiting over a 24h period and not eating or drinking) and needed an emergency appointment. I rang Coventry road practice (also a medivet) as my cat has been there before on a referral. They were lovely but totally fully booked but they did offer to triage my cat if I couldn’t get an appointment elsewhere within the medivet group. They checked the medivet bookings in my town and Fairfield had appointments available. I rang them and was point blank refused to be seen because my cat is registered at station road and I had to take him to Roston drive surgery even though they had appointments available . Roston drive have been fantastic and despite being fully over booked asked me to bring my poorly lad in and fingers crossed the in injection he has had to stop him vomiting works if not by the end of the day he’s going in to iv fluids and tests. Apparently Fairfield refusing to take patients has been happening recently, disgusting behaviour when dealing with very sick animals.

Vets are very caring and informative. They patched up our pooches after a stressful morning. They got us in quickly and sorted everything.
On another occasion they were fantastic during Dukes cancer treatment from diagnosis through chemotherapy and beyond. They were faultless every step of the way and we are sure he received the best care from lovely people.

We had the unfortunate experience of having to register as a new client, book an emergency appointment, and have our much loved dog Tilly put to sleep all in the same day.

Such a horrible experience but I cannot thank the staff enough. I highly recommend Fairfield vets, they are friendly, compassionate and very professional. They made our last moments with Tilly extremely comfortable and explained the whole process in detail so we understood what was happening.

Fairfield Vets are very good with my dog Pickle, she has been going there all of her life and the staff are excellent and really know what they are doing.

No dog likes going to the vets but the staff at Fairfield make Pickle feel welcome and try to make the experience as good as possible for her.

Fairfield are part of Medivet which means you have access to lots of other vets in the area as well which is an added bonus.

This is a very good practice with experienced and friendly staff, highly recommended.

Had our first experience of Fairfield Vets today - I’m a very anxious person, but I felt extremely at ease with the vet, and her care of my cat was so gentle. A much better experience than we’ve had previously with other establishments, and I have a clear understanding of a longer-term treatment plan. Such a nice place!

February 2023. It was my pet's six monthly health review, undertaken by Dr Geraldine. She is a consummate professional; very caring and takes into consideration the owner's feelings. The nurse on duty in reception was attentive to mine and my pet's needs. I would put some rubber mats down in reception because the animals do slip and slide. While this former independent practice has been subsumed into medivet's empire the staff have maintained their skill and professionalism.
