Excellent clinic! Efficient service and very friendly.
Wonderful vet care! Dr. Kamila, very attentive and thorough. Very pleased, and my shi tzu too.
Fair prices.

If I could rate you zero I would do it, trust me.

They charged me over £200 for a useless consultation after my cat got a ear infection last week on a bank holiday day. I was pretty skeptical from going as their reviews score is much lower compared to other veterinary clinics in London, but as it was an emergency and my vet was closed, I decided to trust them.

They simply drained the liquid out of my cat’s ear, gave him some steroids and didn’t even care to put an Elizabeth collar or a bandage around his head, which would have avoided my cat to scratch himself and cause the infection to get worse. However after I paid, they worried to tell me to come back if the problem would have came back.

After only 4 days from the appointment the same exact situation came back: infected and swollen ear full of liquid. Interesting to see how they refused to see my cat again, changing completely the version, and asking me to look for help from my own vet now, since I am not one of their habitual clients (Honestly I feel bad for your clients and their pets!)

They also tried to justify themselves saying that they are always fully booked, while when I tried to call them back to get another appointment, the person who picked up was scheduling me for an appointment and suddenly told me that they cannot take me because she realized I am not one of their registered clients and now they are fully booked. Horrible they way you lie to customers.

Now I understand why you have the lowest reviews score in all London. Your main interest should be animal’s health and not uniquely getting money out of desperate people that are trying to take care of their pets. Shame on you.

I needed to get a specific type of Catfood quickly. Couldn't find it anywhere without ordering online. I called Elizabeth Street Vets and they sold me some within half an hour.
My cats are not registered there we're on the waiting list.

Receptionist was extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending over the phone. I have visited the clinic before and never had an issue. The impression given to me was that money is the number one priority. Sadly not the level of care and professionalism there once was.

Elizabeth vet surgery is probably the worse vet we’ve been to. If i could give minus 5 stars, i would! So money minded and honestly no one there gives a damn about your sick pet. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY FOR THEM! When a case gets more complex they obviously can’t handle it. Young and inexperienced vets. Just a basic diagnosis after a very expensive blood test, they couldn’t even conclude what was wrong with my kitten. Sent pics of my kitten eyes to few other senior vet around London and explain the symptoms together with the blood test results, they confirmed straight away what was the issue whereas at Elizabeth vet surgery no-one was experienced enough to tell n they had to send us to surrey at another specialised vet surgery where the prices for test starts from £1500-4500!!! One of the senior vet who used to be our neighbour told us it’s just a money making scam really! First of all they should have recommended us somewhere in London not Surrey!! Got all my cats registered somewhere else now and we are really pleased with the new surgery, so much more welcoming too and they have given us a treatment for our kitten. Elizabeth vets all confirmed there were no treatment for this specific ailment!!! Our kitten is back to her playful self again. Highly NOT recommend.

When you make an emergency appointment, and they unprofessionally change the time, and you are a few minutes late, yet are not allowed in "because if the dog is breathing, it's not an emergency" (yeah, if he wasn't breathing, he would be dead)... you know it's time to change vets... sad really, the old team were the best.

Also, I may have been a few minutes late (I called, no one picked up), but the person before me was coming out of her appointment as I entered, so does that mean appointments are not even 10 minutes long now?

My new vet is amazing, kind, compassionate and professional.

Rude, rude, rude!! The vet won’t see you if your dog has been vomiting all day and you are 5 minutes late as you were picking up vomit on the carpet. Receptionist even more rude!! Run away from this clinic they are devils! Should have believed the reviews. Yuck!!

The team have provided excellent out-of-hours support for us as new 'puppy parents', whatever the time or query. Everyone we have spoken to has been so helpful and provided helpful guidance and reassurance. We are very thankful to all of the team and recommend.
