Found the vet rather rude and didn’t want to listen to my concerns about my cat. Simply said it was fleas, even with my cat having no fleas.
Also had very bad experience with my two dogs.
Examining them on the street with no privacy.
Would not listen to any concerns about our pets.

My scared nervous dog, Cassie, was treated with care and gentleness by the vet. I was given helpful information and advice as to what was wrong and what to do. Medication for Cassie was given and we both left feeling better. Would highly recommend this practice.

I would recommend Walton Lodge veterinary services, we usually use the practice in Ware, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the interaction with our pets is warm and caring. Rarely do we see the same vet, yet all equally attentive and helpful. Fortunately mainly we see the vets for regular checks etc but when we do go with a concern, they take our worries seriously and spend time explaining all and giving us treatment options with no pressure.
I would not hesitate to recommend Walton Lodge veterinary services.

The vets, nurses and reception staff at Walton Lodge are all kind and welcoming. I have always been able to get an appointment when necessary and they have been quick to provide help in urgent situations.

Excellent service, Receptionist was very welcoming and the vet was very thorough and explained everything, putting me at ease at a stressful time.
