Mary and her team are wonderful, focused on animal welfare at all times. Our experience over the last 18 years with 2 cats and 3 dogs has always been brilliant, even when we have been facing terrible decisions about our beloved pets. We have been treated with utmost honesty and kindness, whilst they have looked after our pets with kindness and dignity, and I would highly recommend the Woodmancote Veterinary Surgery.

First visit with our dog and the vet could not have been nicer. Even though Jaz was not the friendliest fog today the vet took it all in her stride, was wonderful with Jaz and fave us some great advice. Much better than are old vet.

Phoned the emergency service 3 times last night when my dog was in real distress. No response until this morning, citing mobile phone reception issues. Ludicrous! How can someone be on-call if they are not contactable? Get real!
