I’ve been taking my dog to Triage since I collected him at 10 weeks old. He is now 9 years old! They’re the best vet practice you could ever use! Their kind and gentle approach is extremely reassuring, especially as an anxious owner!
K the vet, is always so loving with my boy and explains things to extent with me. Hina the lovely nurse who owns the practice, is just a beautiful person, who goes over and beyond any expectations. She is always willing to give you her time, even if she’s busy, she will call you back and reassure you with kindness and understanding. Triage is honestly the best vets and from someone who’s dog is their life, for me to trust anyone with him, is a huge deal! We love you Triage!!!

Currently dealing with a rabbit who is bleeding from his foot. Phoned 3 times to explain the emergency situation and was told we would be contacted by a nurse which never happened. After phoning back a 4th time all in the span of an hour reached village vets Hampstead out of hours vet who would see my rabbit and understood it was an emergency situation. Totally unacceptable

Visited today for my nervous dogs annual check and vaccination. The vet was very understanding and patient there was no rushing. We did a couple of exercises before going outside the vets to walk Kassie my german shepherd up some stairs with the vet following which is when he did the injection and Kassie didn't even notice it being done. So a calm dog. Would recommend Triage vets as the people are polite and reassuring.

Brilliant vet surgery with a fantastic, supportive team. The vet is clearly very caring and knowledgable. When my cat became unwell the nurse gave excellent advice over the phone and made sure that I could see a vet quickly. I'm very happy that I chose to register my cats at this surgery and would highly recommend them.

Lovely little clinic. Dr K and Hina are very attentive and always took the time to chat through any questions we had and follow up with us after any visits. It’s a shame we had to leave as we were moving out of the area. Thank you for all your help with our mischievous rescue!

The best Vet ever in London for us and for our two doggies Nuba and Ion, they always dedicate us all the time and explanations, K the Vet is fantastic, calm and very good knowledge about everything, he always calms us down, Hina the Nurse is lovely, expends time with us for explaining all ours doubts too and very helpful in the phone or by email. I couldn’t be happier that this vet was recommended to me.

I have been taking my cat to Triage for 7 years now. She is 16 and a half. I just want to say, that if it wasn’t for Dr K, she’d be gone long time ago, yet she is alive and active.
Kind staff, very friendly and they always make you feel welcomed.
Dr K does not rush appointments, has great attention to detail and patience.
