Vets4Pets - Worcester

Complete and utter lack of care. They are a business first and foremost and have extortionate costs. They know my pet’s history, and the protocols needed to be able to treat her, yet they wasted my time and stressed my cat out completely unnecessarily despite my reiteration of how stressful a visit is for her, only to be left out in the waiting room with a quick 5 min explanation of why they won’t be taking her out of her box to examine her. So they knew they wouldn’t do anything on that visit, but wanted to extort me of a charge for an appointment. They have no compassion and every opportunity to take money, is absolutely taken. £87 for 1 months supply of a basic medication and the ‘appointment’. Now they want to charge almost £300 for bloods.
They would not allow me in to the room, as I did not, and can’t wear a mask, despite the government restrictions having come to an end, but it was perfectly okay to stand less than a foot away from me in the waiting room and pass me a non sanitised clipboard and pen to sign for medication, which was handed to me by a vet not wearing gloves. Absolute lunacy.
My poor girl will never return to this awful place.
After talking with others about this vet, I would highly advise anyone to seek alternative care elsewhere. They have exponentially added to my animals stress.

Great vets. Always been very helpful with any issues my cats have faced. Waiting times are reasonable too. The total care plans here are pretty well priced. I have it for both my cats and it gives me total peace of mind.

I had to take my really nervous dog to the vets today and the vet was absolutely amazing with her. So calm and patient. I was worried about taking her as she had a bad experience when she was spayed that resulted in her wetting herself every time she went near the place. I certainly won’t worry about taking her again. Thank you to the vet and the reception staff you are amazing

Reasonable experience with a vet, during first consultation my pet was weighed and thoroughly examined. The vet gave advice and estimated cost for treatment of diagnosed problem.

I phoned on a Sunday as my dog wasn't feeling too well the might before. I was very lucky that I was given an appointment as I thought my dog just had a water infection and I wouldn't have rang an emergency vet. I saw Jonathon and he thought it was pyometra and said she would need to go for emergency surgery as wouldn't last the night. Unfortunately there was noone who would take her so he stayed over after the surgery had closed and performed the surgery himself with the help of staff who also stayed over. If it wasn't for worcester vets4pets she wudnt be here. Total admiration x

I have a tiny rescue chihuahua (1.6kg)I took her to the team at vets for pets Worcester, they loved and cared for her straight away. Little Pixie had a few issues through neglect, Jonathan and his team took love and care and experience to build her trust and confidence . Pixie has never walked correctly Jonathan advised me about his concerns, pixie has had corrective surgery on both her tiny Legs , WOW !! AMAZING !!!! . Thank you Jonathan and team you truly love your animals 🐾🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️

We’ve been a few times lately and every time the staff are so friendly and helpful. They’ve explained things really well and been really informative. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The pricing is really reasonable too. Thanks all
