This for me is the only Vets you need, always had great service.

The staff are always so welcoming and show great empathy towards me and my three dogs.

Everything is explained clearly nothing is hidden from you.

I would highly recommend Grove Lodge for your fur babies, mine consider them as part of the Wolfpack and always enjoy a visit to see the Vets, nurses and receptionists.

Lovely vets. Everyone is really helpful and cheerful. They take time to listen and there is no forcing of anything. And they think my little ginger cat is cute so winning all round!

I can't praise the staff enough, everyone is very friendly and helpful, I've been going to Grove Lodge for some years with my current baby boy, he's a cross between a schnauzer and westie, and he's the most adorable loving dog in the world, I had to rush him to the vets not so long ago, he had got a tiny twig and seed wedged in his paw 🐾 they had to put him out, but, the staff were so unbelievably good with him I really couldn't praise them enough, they even showed me what to do with the claim form, I will be forever grateful to them all, I've been to several of the practices and everyone is the same, warm welcome and dedicated staff who know what they are taking about, so would I recommend them? YOU BET I WOULD...!!!

My friend (cousin) just let me know , he had appointments for surgery and microchip his cat,just the receptionist and the stuff lies to him of saying for another appointment and they was trying to lie about it(because the doctor or nurse wasn’t there and they said to him to leave next appointment

Bailey has been diagnosed with diabetes and Lucy has been very sympathetic and caring with his needs

My cousins have appointments for his cat there for surgery and to be microchip and he have the appointment for 7-11-22 and there they lie to him as the doctor wasn’t there,but the stuff is 0 educated and 0 respect….run from that’s pet shop as soon possibly

Lucy at the Tarring branch of Grove lodge was absolutely fantastic with my cat who usually gets incredibly angry at the vets! Lucy knew exactly how to try and keep Ruby calm and it was the least stressful visit I’ve ever had. Receptionist was lovely and helpful too. Highly recommend Tarring branch. A lot calmer for nervous pets than at the main hospital
