Not very happy about the service we are getting. we have five cats and will are still waiting for there vaccinations which is now coming up to 18 months. We are paying money out each month and we are not getting the full care from the vets. If we don't hear from them in the next 2 months we will be on there case to get our animals removed and go somewhere else as they are not thinking or caring of the welfare of our animals.

Extremely rude receptionist, very aggressive manner! She told me they were running six months behind with annual jabs, when I questioned if this was safe for the animals she became very angry and obstructive! The receptionist informed me that this was because they didn’t have any vets but they were recruiting two vets soon!

Extremely disappointed with this service.

Had to wait days for an emergency appointment when my dog hurt his paw, by the time I got an appointment he had a infection and ended up on antibiotics, they Have a lack of vets. When my dog was due his jabs in Aug 2022 I was told there was a six month backlog for dogs annual vaccinations! Due to this i haved moved to another vets practice.

Good service and friendly. Meds a bit expensive.

Both cats been in for jabs. Staff were very good with them both.

With strict covid protection in place they will only allow 1 human per pet at the moment. However, the care and attention given to the animals is second to none. Also, the staff take great care to ensure that the owners fully understand any and all instructions to help them care for their animals. Our Jasper wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
