Spring Lodge Veterinary Group

I tend to use Spring Lodge Beaulieu for convenience but have used a number of the other locations in the past. Over the past two weeks I must have had at least 5 vet appointments. Both of my dogs have had ear infections, and one of them had a particularly serious infection. Alongside that they were due vaccinations so I have spent a lot of time at Beaulieu Spring Lodge! I cannot thank the staff enough, both the vets and the receptionists. The receptionists were so caring, understanding and despite my feeling stressed and concerned for my dogs they really put me at ease. The vets also did a fabulous job - they were confident with handling my dogs (one of them is 36kg and can be a real baby!) they worked out a treatment plan and they scheduled them for a check after the treatment had worked. Both are now in good health and I can’t thank the staff here enough. Every interaction I’ve had with any member of this team over the last couple of weeks has been an absolute pleasure. While I hope not to see you too soon, there isn’t anywhere else I would use for my pet’s vet care!

The whole Spring Lodge Group are only interested in your money and are negligent with your pets. Unfortunately I learned this in the most painful way by trusting them to look after my beloved cat who was a dear family member.

Despite the extortionate fees, they misdiagnosed him for months despite me telling them what I thought the problem was.

They abandoned him mid way through an emergency procedure and told me to take him to there sister group in Witham who just ended up increasing his suffering further for more extortionate fees and which resulted in him suffering and his eventual death. They then asked me to leave quietly through the back doors as they continue their profiteering!

This is a business mainly focused on your money.

This is a warning to all, if you love your pets find a family vet in the area who will truly care for your pet.
I have other pets and I will now register them all elsewhere.

I can not thank this practice enough they went above and beyond to help us after a nasty dog attack. They really do care about your animals! And the vet sid is just amazing thank you all so much

Our rescue dogs hated going to the vet but we don't have that problem at Spring Lodge Beaulieu. They are really well looked after and the vet is excellent with them. Great care.

Always friendly vets and reception team. We have bringing our cats here for 5 years and never had any problems. We can always get an appointment and are seen to on time and given the best advice. Can't fault Spring Lodge.

Spring Lodge Beaulieu is a very welcoming, helpful veterinary practice with friendly vets and nurses. They always treat our dog so well and offer great advice.

The receptionists are always friendly and try their best to accommodate you, as well as being sympathetic when the circumstances are different. We’ve seen the same vet for many years with our various cats and always have complete faith in his ability to care for our pets. His caring nature and thoroughness are two main things that make this practice different from some of the bigger more well-known practices.
