They are amazing....its that simple. Always super friendly whenever I call or email with quick responses.
Zoe the nurse is so friendly and approachable, who really cares for the animals.
All the staff I have come across have been lovely.
I see the staff cleaning ensuring everything is kept clean and tidy.
Parking can be a pain due to having to find parking at busy times.
I have our 2 rabbits and dog registered at this vet and I wouldn't have them anywhere else.
I also take out the dog health plan and rabbit health plan which are both super affordable.

My rescue cat and I have been genuinely impressed with the care given by Dr. Raymond and Nurse Zoe. I’m not going to lie – vet care in Britain is super expensive compared to where we’re recently moved from, but we’ve had plenty of follow-up appointments, calls and support included within the price we’ve paid, so we’ve felt really well looked after. The team are obviously very kind to animals, but they’re respectful and supportive to us humans too, which goes a long way when you’re worried about your pet and your wallet. I feel they’ve been totally up-front about the costs involved and the aftercare that will be needed, and have given us a really high level of service. In the nicest possible way I hope we don’t have to see them too often (healthy cat = best cat!) but I’d be happy to consider myself a lifelong customer if needed.

My pet was taken ill at 3am one morning, when I called my vets I was given Feldons number as the emergency out of hours vets to contact, from the moment they picked up the phone they were caring and compasionate towards me and my pet. They gave very helpful advise for while we were travelling to the centre and everyone at the vets were very nice and kind throughout my appointment and while my pet had to stay in over night, calling to give me regular updates, We felt very comfortable leaving him with them. The vet explained everything in lenght and repeated anything I dont not understand.

What a fantastic team! They really do care about your pets and provide a great service.
We have visited a few times and always left feeling very reassured and happy with our pup's care.
Reception are always friendly and helpful. Big up to the nurses and especially Zoe. Zoe shows so much compassion for her clients and their pets, and takes the extra time to make you feel well looked after.
Would definitely recommend this service 10/10.

Christian was a marvellous vet to deal with. I expressed that I had a none visible disability and he was wonderful. He was very gentle in how he spoke to us and broke down the cost to us [and money didn’t appear to be in their best interest, they put us and our rabbit first]. My assistance rabbit and I had to say goodbye, she had developed cancer. As could be seen, I was in shock because she had been adopted out to me as neutered. It wasn’t until 2 days before I realised she could not have been because of her symptoms. To say I felt angry at our other vet for not spotting this {at one of her regular visits} was an understatement. This team were deeply sympathetic, and it felt very genuine. The sudden discovery that I’d be lied to about my support animal was traumatic enough. Then, I lost her. I’m still not okay, but this vet deserves high praise. They also saw us on very short notice. We called not 20 mins earlier before the appointment, without question, they said “bring her to us and we’ll help her.” It’s experiences like this that restore your faith in people. Thank you, thank you very much.

My cocker spaniel girl had a litter of 9 on july this year. Noticing one of them was starting to feel off after 6 days of life(trouble breathing) I rang Medivet, which mentioned we should come with the puppy ASAP so it won’t be too late. Rushed there with the pup just so we can be told they “are not fully equipped to treat such young animals”. So she just gave the pup an injection with antibiotic saying that there is not much to be done and to expect the worst to happen.
We left the practice with 105£ on minus, just so the little girl to struggle and choke in her own blood until the next afternoon when we decided to put her sleep and cremate her.
Why have we been even called to the practice if they already knew they are unequipped for 6 days old puppies?
Of course, money matters the most. Terribly unhappy with this vet.

Very professional, competent and friendly.
They help my ferret get the medication he needed after being let down and messed around multiple times by a different veterinary practice in the area.

They were clear and concise with communication and couldn't be more helpful. They received the history and did everything they could to order the medication asap and it actually worked out cheaper too which is an added bonus.

I felt like they really cared about the animals as well as the distress it can cause to the ones that love them.

They didn't charge any extra to be nice.
I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.
