Goddard Veterinary Group, Chingford

I had a good experience with Goddard veterinary in Chingford. I was extremely worried as I have never taken a small animal to the vet before but they put me at ease quite quickly. We saw Emma and I must say she was fantastic with our elderly hamster! Although our hammy wasn't impressed; I was very grateful. Thank you

Goddard's is the only vet practice I consider when my cat needs one. The service, care and expertise are exceptional. Emma and the team are all professional and super friendly, explaining everything and offering solutions. Most importantly, they treat each animal with as much love and care as the animals' owners.

Hi…We came to Turkey with my cat on the 16th without any problems.We got my cat's passport from you. but there was a problem on my cat's return.They don't let us bring it.forbidden. How ridiculous is it that my cat can't go home? We wouldn't have brought our cat to Turkey if we knew it would be like this. There is such a thing that I do not understand why it was allowed. what are we going to do now there is no place to leave our cat my son we will walk away and come. please help me.My cat’s name Tom Aktas If you remember. This is very painful for us. My son says he won't come to London if my cat doesn't come.

AVOID THIS VET GROUP if you care about your dog.
Like many others negative reviews on here, I too have had an APPALLING EXPERIENCE with Goddard's.
They put profits and £££ before the health and well-being of living-beings.

Their level of NEGLIGENCE has been off the charts. They seemed to think my dog having internal bleeding was not worthy of immediate attention by a vet, and told me to monitor him and feed him bland foo - which is what you ONLY do when they have diarrhoea NOT internal bleeding issues!
The issues were caused by their failure to notify me of the risks posed by Meloxidyl painkillers. They are now trying to scrub their hands of any fault.
Because of this my dog carried on suffering for another 17+ hours and deteriorated in that time. Eventually a vet came on duty who could see he needed immediate medical attention via the images I emailed them. However now the you expect me to pay 4 figures for their appalling services.

I've had various negative experiences with them over the past year now, this Is the final starw

Took an injured pigeon to this vet and they were beyond amazing. Phoned them as an emergency and then phoned later on to see how the pigeon was , which unfortunately had to be put down. But they were amazing and friendly

We had an appointments today with our cat Chase and the doctor was super very kindly and very helpful ,she was answered all our questions with patients and professionalism. Recommend to everyone who likes to be treated fabulously. Thanks for doing a great job

Emma was very informative. I was worried when I got there, but it went really well. I will definitely recommend to use them as your vet. Their prices were very reasonable compared to Pets At Home.

Such disorganization of the patients and the waiting time is inadmissible. I had to wait an extra hour under the conditions in which I had an appointment. all because of an animal handler who forgot to come on time. Shame. Those who do not arrive on time should be rescheduled for other days.
