Staff are all.loving and nothing is a problem.

Would certainly recommend this vet. Very caring and compassionate.

Our dog Chester is 1year and five months and has always been with Pennard Vets. Cannot fault any of the staff we have met they have been amazing. He was unwell over bank holiday and seen at Sevenoaks and they were brilliant. We see Amanda the vet nurse regularly for desensor sessions as Chester gets nervous going to the vets, now he gets excited going in there amd loves to see Amanda she has been amazing with him, absolutely brilliant at her job and gives us really good advice as Chester is our first dog. Would highly recommend Pennards.

I used to like this vets, and used to always see Sarla who is amazing. Unfortunately, whenever I call in by person or over the phone the usual receptionist (Tara) isn't there. The new receptionist Karen, sadly lives up to the hype of being a 'Karen' and is rude. Even when your dog is poorly. She should probably receive customer service training, or get a new job.
Shan't be going back due to this reason.

The staff are great, compassionate and friendly and very helpful. Can't thank them enough for all the help with our pets so far.

Langley park vets have look after our 2 dogs minnie and Hallie for years now. They are always great and so helpful on the phone. New staff lately; but still friendly and helpful. Last week my dog dog poorly after a spay and we had to go for numerous appointments to help her. The vets, receptionist and everyone was amazing and had her best interests at heart. Yes the tablets and products weren’t cheap, but they helped our dog so much and I’m so grateful for this! We have the pet plan where we get discount today which really adds up. The vets loved my little Hallie and really looked after her. Thank you all for looking after our doggies xxx

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is simply the best service and care I have ever received during my many years of pet ownership. They go above and beyond to help me and as I am chronically ill this has been invaluable to me. They are kind, professional and I believe truly working for the welfare of the animals, not for the money they can make. Very impressive indeed. Don’t know what I would do without them. Thank you Pennards, thank you Sarla, thank you to everyone who works there.
