Companion Care - Winchester

Up to now I have had good experience in the 7 years I have been with them. But I'm afraid things have gone down hill. My dogs booster and kennel cough mange to book Feb 22 was waited 30 minutes my appointment 930

Been with Companion Care now Vets 4 Pets for decades and I am extremely disappointed in them. Trying to book in to get the cats boosters is a nightmare and the staff pretty incredulous and belligerent at times. The worst bit of all is that they are now closed on Sundays which was one of the best things about this vets initially. No warning or consultation with its customers just gone! This practice used to be the best in Winchester but since the takeover it's become the worst.
I have now removed all five of my animals that were with them. I cancelled the healthy pet club mid July and they were trying to refuse giving me their flea and wormer treatment. They are terrible.......................

Very efficient, professional staff who are genuinely interested in my dog.

The staff are always very friendly and professional. They remember the medical history of one of my cats after lengthy treatment last year without even having to consult their records which is always nice to see because this shows they clearly care if they remember things like this when you consider the number of animals they must see each year.

Took my greyhound tucker for his vaccines the vet was very nice and easy to talk too

I love these guys always helpful they look after my dog like she's their own

I have been with Companion Care for 7 years plus before getting my dog, Blue. I cannot fault their care and dedication and commitment to animal health. Blue had the best care and whenever there was a problem was seen promptly seen and thoroughly checked over. I would highly recommend this service from the receptionist to vet, they love the animals and their care is exceptional. Blue was under their care for 6 years plus from a 10 week pup to the awful news there was nothing they could do, not from want of trying but their were no symptoms so when he became ill there was nothing anyone could have done, it was sudden and their response was immediate from seeing him to diagnosis. Their care and sympathy was amazing. The whole team were exceptional and the time and patience they have spent with us after Blues passing is above and beyond. Exceptional staff with so much love for their patients.
