Medivet Kenilworth - Feldon Veterinary Centre

I was a new patient, having switched away from from a Vet I'd being going to for years due to being repeatedly unhappy. From my first phone call the team where extremely helpful and welcoming. The welcome when we received when entering the practise was brilliant, and the vet was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of information, answering all our questions without rushing us.

Really pleased to have moved to this practice. Thankyou for being so kind and caring to our puppy on her vaccinations. X

I switched to Medivet Kenilworth after the current practice I was using failed to offer me an appointment when I needed it. I am delighted that I made the switch. What a relief it is to be able to have a face to face conversation with my Kitten's vet during the consultation. The reception staff are excellent. The 3 Vets that I have seen in the last 4 months are all kind, knowledgeable and patient. The surgery is bright and airy. My new tortoiseshell has been quite an handful but this practice has managed her vaccinations and her spay surgery brilliantly. Thank you very much indeed.

During the last few months Simon and his team did their best for our dog Scooby. Yesterday we did the heart wrenching thing of letting him go. Simon and his team were true professionals throughout and I would fully recommend them.

The care for my pet is always outstanding. Staff are always friendly and courteous and are interested in my pet. Solutions are always sought that I can manage and the vet understands the impact of treatment regimes on us as well as our pet. They treat my pet as if he is their own.

Simon is always extremly kind and caring, explains everything clearly and I know that my two precious dogs (ok, what I really mean is my two precious "fur-babies") are in the best hands possible. All the staff at the practice are really friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. It is always a pleasure to visit (well for me anyway, but I'm not having jabs etc.) and it always feels like visiting friends. Thank you for all your care, support and kind professionalism.
