Visited Priory Vets @ Tadworth today. Although tedious their Covid Compliance is both efficient and User friendly. Our 8 week old puppy received excellent attention, Danielle the vet called while we waited in the car confirming all our enquiries very clearly and professionally.
We live locally, considering ourselves blessed to have such a facility close by with all the Priory Team on hand.

Had a terrible experience. Let’s start with one of the receptionist who when speaking to her sounds like she’s just woke up and has no interest In the conversation regarding our pet.

Taken our puppy back 4 times in the last 2 weeks and still have no answers. One vet tells us his completely fine and another tells you he has 3 illnesses. I would not recommend this vets At all.

How wonderful everybody is and still are 5 years on with my anxious rescue dog, couldn't express enough how professional and caring they are, my trust with this practice is 5 stars +

Brilliant and very caring practice.

During the 2 or 3 years that the Tadworth branch of Priory Vets has been looking after our cat, we have always been impressed by the service offered. The vetinary practitioners themselves are very friendly and seem extremely professional and totally committed to the wellbeing of the animals they care for. Added to this, the reception.and support staff are just as friendly and helpful. So on this basis, we would highly recommend Priory Vets.

Vets always good and caring but reception and vets always late. Do they not realise the distress of caged animals.. cats, ferrets, hamsters, etc... last 20 times i have been there have been kept waiting and distressing animal further. Priory need to extend appointment times.
