You want the best care for your pooch and you get it here! They accommodated Kenzo quickly and were patient and kind. I’m so grateful for the team and happy I made the right choice by registering my tiny puppy here!

Worst experience ever. Heartless money-grabbers that don't care about animals. Cold as steel. A big corporation type of organisation that they will try and sell you unnecessary treatments, capitalise on your love for your pet and even scare you with possible "potential" illnesses - during routine check ups. I am very lucky to have a trusted VET overseas that I consult with after each visit otherwise I would have wasted tons of cash on unnecessary tests and procedures which are also dangerous and which could put my pets to unnecessary suffering. Avoid at all costs.

Very efficient service and nice staff. It’s pretty easy to schedule an appointment without much waiting time. The staff always offer recommendations for the more affordable option and we’ve always had a good experience during our visits. Friendly and approachable vets.

Great medical professionals. they do get busy and I've heard irate customers on the phone each time i've been 'Why can't you see me today!' type calls.
But they do have a 24/7 hospital in Wimbledon (that I've taken my cats to before) if things are dire. Well worth the Uber cost.
But inside, they're quick, friendly and efficient. I'd like to move house and staying near a Goddard branch is a factor in my location choice.

Impossible to get through to on the phone

Regularly oversold unnecessary creams/vaccines.

Unable to identify and/or provide proper professional advice when I’ve taken my dog to them with health problems. No recommendation given for a way to resolve (I am not a vet - I am paying for professional advice and experience!!)

Worst of all is their finance team. I have been accused of fraudulently “creating” payments in my online bank only for their IT team to surprisingly “find” the payment the following day. This is really disgraceful.

If there was another vet nearby I would jump at the chance to use them. I want the best care for my dog and want to be treated with dignity/respect in the meantime - Goddard’s have yet to provide either of these.

So bad services!!!! Every time I have some problems with this vet!
Just a story:

I just astonish how stupid English services is!!!
I booked a surgery for my dog 3 month after her period, our vet quite far away from house.
As soon as we left our dog at the hospital and back home, we got a call from vet and they told us that they are not able to do surgery as she has some fake pregnancy, and we need to take £100 medication, wait a month and after come back. By the time they asked 100 times when she has her period last time…I have a question, why you haven’t done this check before ppl going back home… is it okey to go back and forth…
But okey…
I picked my dog, ordered this medications, they sent the massage at my due date that I must come to pick it…
It was really hard for me to come that day, but I arrived, and what… they forgot to tell me that this medication is not at the clinic yet 😳😳😳
Ok.. we managed all this situation, took this medication for a month, they booked us another appointment for surgery…
Today, me with 2 weeks old baby, with strikes in London Underground, I’m really nervous how to come to this hospital at 10am, -5 temperature outside, we came to the hospital and…
…and they told us that she will have a period soon, so they are not able to operate her today…
WTF… you didn’t know month ago that she will have period soon??? I knew it and you are not???
Why we took that extremely expensive medicine to prepare her…
And all what I heard today “ we are so sorry”
This is insane 😳😔

An amazing vet service, with really kind and helpful staff. Having been both in emergencies and booked in, they've been incredible!

Just took my 12 week old Husky puppy for her jabs, also kennel cough jab, worming and flee treatment. A very welcoming place, staff were friendly and helpful, the vet was brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. I also took out a plan with them.
