Willett House Veterinary Surgeons

Having been with Willett House for many many years i feel i want to add my comments to these reviews.
I have always experiences the kindest friendliest experience when bringing our very loved pets in. We have over the years attended various surgeries belonging to Willett House and these comments apply to all branches. Well done to you all.

As always...a perfect service. With 3 cats who love to get out and about, every so often one gets themselves into a scrape. Was seen same day in a very covid friendly enviroment, a week later all nicely healed. Between siblings and parents the family has been with willet house for almost 20 years always the very best sevice and very compassionate when difficult decisions have to be made. thank you for looking after our fur babies so well x

Extremely friendly staff and very caring. We took our rabbit, Loki to be neutered and were very happy with the service received, from the vet that did the op to everyone that interacted with Loki thank you. We were very nervous about leaving him and everyone was so kind to us, we would highly recommend this vets.

It's always a pleasure to visit Willett house.
All the receptionists and Vets make the process as low stress as possible. We've done check ups, vaccinations, euthanasia and emergency critical care for our 3 family dogs in the last 17 years and never once have we had a bad visit. The euthanasia and critical care could not have been handled better; absolutely outstanding work from all their staff.

Very helpful even with the smallest things
Don't make you feel like just another bank account

I’m sorry I not satisfied by the services received and I’ve been here couple of times . But it is the closest for me and I’m going just for vaccination . I do not recommend this place for serious medical issues.

The whole team are brilliant and lovely, especially Vet Emma and Diego. So kind and caring to animals and pet parents. They go above and beyond and can be trusted to take the best care of your fur family. Thank you for all that you do
