A lovely local vet - caring and calm they have looked after our cats for many years. When our loved Khan passed they even sent a card of condolence. Lovely people, great vet.

We can't recommend Claire highly enough. She has treated many of our pets over the years. Claire is professional, personable and we trust her opinion.

Phoned Acorn Vets with an emergency . Spoke to a very nice helpful young man who passed me over to Clare one of the Vets. We spoke about the problem and she gave the opportunity to attend with my Dog, within the hour.
We received excellent service from a very knowledgeable the friendly Clare I would highly recommend .

Rung today and I was told they aren't taking on any new pets.

Update: I think your reply simply highlights that your business isn't up to the task. You're a vet surgery that can't take on pets. That's not really a vet. That's not anything. You might as well be a Gregg's. It's for that reason that I think 1 star is entirely justified. It's me telling others to look elsewhere, which is exactly what reviews are for. So before you invest effort to educate me on what you think is a suitable number of stars, spend that effort on recruitment.

Friendly staff; both reception and vets. Our dog loves coming here and pulls towards the door every time we pass! Good communication, advice and support.

I always get an appointment very quickly. The team is so lovely and have been taking care of and pampering my kittens throughout first vaccinations and neutering. They always give comprehensive advice about the next steps and make me feel secure as somewhat of a first time dog and cat owner.

My kittens are well taken care of here. The staff is friendly and very kind. So far great experience with regular checkups, vaccination, deworming, neutering and microchipping. Very economical too, compared to other vets.
