Offered to open at 10 pm because I panicked. Went in at 8.30 no more than a 5 minute wait. Looked after very well. Put my mind at ease. Now my local vet.

I recently registered our adopted dog with this practice, as Moorgate Vet group Bovey Tracey practice was recommended to me by my colleague. The reception team were brilliant and managed to get us a vaccination booster appointment within a couple of weeks! We went for the appointment today and the practice is great, plenty of parking spaces, the reception team are lovely!
We saw Cameron who was super friendly, helpful and non-judgemental! He carried out an examination, kept me informed; the dog loved him and didn't even feel the needle - simply continued eating her treats! A big thanks to Cameron and the team! Overall a great service, really happy with our choice and would highly recommend.
