Martina is a very experienced, caring and dedicated veterinarian. We wish we had found her years ago! She was calm and efficient in dealing with Rudy's last days and hours, and it showed that she cared about him and his quality of life. I highly recommend Martina and this practice to anyone whose pet hates going to the vet. They will LOVE Martina!

Martina is incredible, we are so grateful that she has kept our cat alive and happy for so long after our vet wanted to put him to sleep. They can do so many tests and checks at home which means far less stress for our cat. She’s in touch often and makes us feel like she really cares. Have recommended her to others already.

I would like to begin with a huge thank you to Martina the vet. She came out to see my poor old Monty who had stopped eating over the last few days. I was highly concerned and this really wasn’t like my Monts. Martina managed to kindly fit us in the same day to examine Monty. She was absolutely brilliant with him. She handle him with such compassion and care, taking her time checking him over thoroughly taking the necessary actions. By the next day Monty had sprung back massively, started to eat again and returned to his happy playful self. I couldn’t thank Martina enough for her efficiency and how she had helped our Monty. The reception team are great and very quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns.

I have a Romanian rescue dog, very nervous & distrust all strangers. Am not keen taking her to the vets, it usually a disaster. Thats when I decided we should get a home visitor instead. Martina was absolutely fantastic, Mocha usually growl at strangers, but somehow, she didn’t at Martina. We got her checked, vaccinated in no time. She also treated her for severe diarrhoea problem. I will never be going back to the vet surgery, ever! It so much easier to treat them at home in their environment with an experience veterinary. Highly recommended for anyone with nervous pet issues.

Martina was excellent and did a great job vaccinating my dog. She kept her reassured and I will definitely be using Ctvets again. Recommend to everyone!

Thank you Ctvets Martina for coming out to Hanwell late on a Wednesday evening. Had tried on 3 occasions to get our cat Floki into the carrier for a vet visit. Recently rehomed and still very anxious so getting him into a cat carrier was always going to be difficult. His dermatitis is much improved and he seems much happier and no new sores or fur loss observed. Still giving the treatment prescribed. Will certainly use you again. Extremely grateful.

Also can I say receptionist was very prompt and helpful in dealing with emails and insurance claim.
