We have used this vet for the last 8 years mainly for vaccinations, health checks and the odd health issue. The service has always been friendly and informative. More recently our 20yr old cat wasn't well and after trying medication for a while it was sadly agreed to put him to sleep. Abbie and the nursing staff were so good and professional, explaining all the options. Although very busy they made the time for us. We even received a lovely personalised handwritten card from the team which was greatly appreciated. Thank you

Exceptional caring and approachable team with a can do vibe. The receptionists are so friendly and very helpful. The Vets give time, listen and provide info in a brilliant manner. I am a GP (human!) and I was astounded by their knowledge and approach. You can tell they are a happy team that love to serve. We have changed Vets as a result even though we are not local it’s well worth the the extra distance. A sense of being cared for is wonderfully reassuring. Thank you Kingston Team and special thanks to Dr Nikiana Nicholas, reception team and also the Vet that saw Mezmo on Saturday (apologies for forgetting your name 🙏🏼). Went above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent end of life care for our beloved Mila when every other vet we tried either cancelled on us or turned us away.

Ever so kind and attentive to your pet, very kind staff made me feel at ease and re-assured about our cats treatment they really went above and beyond to care for her.

Refused to fill our prescription for a life saving drug for our cat, purely because we aren't registered with them. Meaning he has to spend 3 days in pain, becoming increasingly sick. Have zero care for animals if they aren't making the money from them

I highly recommend this practice. Very friendly, compassionate staff. Nikanna is exceptional. We have moved out of area but will be keeping this practice as our primary vets. Our dog could not be better cared for.

Our office dog Dash goes to the vets here. Such a friendly warm team. Nikiana is incredible and her team are wonderful. Put us at ease always!
