Willett House Veterinary Surgeons - Stanwell

I moved form my old vets as I wasn't happy with the service and I couldn't be happier! All of the team are so kind, caring and professional when dealing with our 3 bassets and now a new kitten! Olivia is so lovely, her and Lisa deserve a medal for sorting out Bertie's nails!

I moved from the Staines branch to Stanwell when it opened and have taken my cats to Olivia ever since. Olivia and the team were amazing at caring for my elderly cat until her final days. Now I have adopted another cat and it has been lovely to go back, see the guys at Stanwell and, again, experience really great care from all of them. I love the small, village feel that this branch has. Great work everyone!

Olivia is honestly one of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She is caring, kind, and very intuitive to the dogs feelings. I had my previous two dogs registered at Willett House in Staines but I wish Id known about Olivia sooner. She is extremely capable and an asset to this practice.

Olivia and staff are absolutely fabulous. They are so kind, professional and love the animals. I have my dogs groomed at Stanwell as well and they come back looking gorgeous.

Amazing vets. Cant recommend them enough! Went with my guinea pig because I was concerned when he started sneezing but vet checked him over and reassured me hes fine. Called again to ask if I need an appt or not and was able to speak to vet who saw him to have him ensure my guinea pig is okay. Usually go to the one in Staines but this one is closer to home. Both are perfect, really care about what they do.

They're overall good! But the over charge me everytime I take my pet, I will appreciate if they charged me the normal amount as they aren't the only vet I've been to. I will give 5star when that happens!
Thank you so much for the reply, I'm definitely not denying the fact that it's the best vet I've been to and I'll for sure keep coming for the wellbeing of my pet and of course your good service! Please don't take offence of what I've said it was never my intention to overlook the good job u do and excellent service willet vet are doing day and night. I went to your vets last night, 1/4/2022, at 6.50, cant remember the vets name, i found him quite rude, i first took my dog about six weeks ago as her tail was very sore, he gave me medication for her, i was surprie he did not mention a cone for her, took her home, too weeks later , took her back, to be told tail fine, for the next too weeks she was at her tail, so bad, my daughter had to bring her down again, more medication , again never mention cone, my daughter then asked him, do we need a cone, and he said of course, why did he not say this the first time i took her there, then last night i took her there, i did ask him why he did not mention cone to me first time, well he when into one, saying how long are you going to keep it on her, for ever he said, i told him i would keep it on as long as it needed to be, then he put his hands on his head and said, i cant take this any more, i got nervous at this stage, and left, i was in tears and so upset at this vet, i rang another vet and he said of course your dog needed a cone from first day, my husband went in to see the vet, but he would not come out to see him, i am 63, i dont need this, and be so upset, my dog groomer also said i needed a cone, she cant cut her until tail clears up, please let me know what is going to be done about this, thank you
