Clean, tidy and sterilized. Dividers have been removed so the reception desk is clear again. All the staff were polite and helpful, and very interested in your pets. The vet seemed a bit nervous but then my cat was being a bit on the tetchy side of things at the time. Otherwise everything was good.

They deserve a lot of credit, they helped my dog when he was suffering from the last 3-4 months, no other vet helped him and then we came to Vets4Pets, they helped so much, I’m so thankful to the vets who supported him and us. Thanks again 🙏

BE CAREFUL! A year ago tomorrow I lost my Darling Cat sky due to diabetes. They asked if I would like a clipping of her fur- of course I said yes. When I collected my baby girls ashes it wasn't there! (Human error) The furr wasn't taken, this is something that can never be replaced, a year on this is still causing myself and my child extreme emotional pain. They made a painful experience unbearable and this will cause pain on the anniversary every year. For the mistake a free urn was offered. I declined. One star is too much 0 stars from me

I love this place! They are always willing to help find product's prices. I also use Vets4pets for my kitten. They are very good so far. Download their aPp. Excelent deals.

Very friendly practice and felt welcome straight away would recommend to everyone i know for affordability and friendliness of staff

They were the only vets open at the weekend, my dog needed to see a vet as an emergency. I couldn't get to Croydon where my vets told me to go as I use a wheelchair and I don't drive. I called Vets4Pets to see if they could help and was told NO! as I'd already seen my vet about the problem my dog had already. Call yourself a good bet practice where they don't help out in an emergency is a joke.

The practice is really welcoming and staff are friendly and helpful. Brodie soon relaxed with the nurse which was reassuring.

The vet we had Is such a sweetheart. Our 50kgs GSD dog is a rescue and scared of men. We offered to muzzle him but he declined saying it tends to make them worse in his opinion. Our boy allowed him to do everything except take temperature rectally. I can understand that 100% 😁
