Just had a lovely meeting with new nurse Victoria to talk about the puppy and get his next lot of worm and tick and fleas treatments. She gave me some very useful information - mainly to do with puppy growth and neat ways of telling if he is becoming overweight.
And of course receptionist Sue gave us a great welcome and spent a few minutes saying hi to the pup.
What a great team.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I've been to several vets around the area and the staff here are setting the standard for their attentive customer service. Our vet Luella was very patient and professional, giving us lots of useful information. Would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking to take their pet for a check.

My pets have been coming here for 14 years.I have quite a large number ❤️ My dogs and cats love the vets and nurses. Everyone is so kind especially when we have lost pets. Even during the lockdown it was the same service and care.

Enquired about my dog's booster vaccine as I'm over from Spain with my dog who's on a Spanish passport. Was told by the vet that my dog had 3 months grace to not have the booster due to the covid restrictions and I would have to have a certificate from them as her passport was not valid anymore. I followed this up with GOV.UK and enquired with another vet. My dog was vaccinated her Spanish passport has been updated this morning. I'm afraid if I'd had taken Goddards advice I would have been well buggered getting back to Spain with my dog. Please if you get advice from them get a second opinion.

Friendly local vet surgery-great reception team, nurses and vets. Have been there with our cats for 8 years and have always found them helpful. They are linked to other Goddard vet surgeries including their vet hospital in Wimbledon so if you need out of hours care or surgery you're covered

The team are really kind, caring and thoughtful, highly recommended... easy to park too!

Brilliant response, I rang up in the morning and they were able to see me that very same day! Very professional, the vet gave me some excellent advice, and the receptionist are very welcoming and you feel comfortable in the practice,

Wonderful place. Friendly, caring, honest and reliable. I will always take my pets here. My many experiences of other local Richmond vets over the years fall short of Goddard.
