Had my little molly neutered for free she is doing brilliant. Took my guinea-pig years ago to have his nails cut and same lovely vet is still there. You can't go wrong taking your best friend's here

Awful vet doesn’t care about animals. Called them earlier today as I found a tiny fox that was dragging his back legs and in a lot of pain. The receptionist immediately told me they won’t look at a fox. When I asked if a vet has a duty to provide pain relief for injured wildlife she wasn’t interested. She checked with vet and both agreed they wouldn’t help the fox. Then I said if I brought him in would you not feel any compassion and want to help. Still they refused to help. There was no emotion or concern for the patient just deflection and point blank refusal to help. They even said they had made it there ‘policy’ not too help wildlife.

Please do not choose this irresponsible and uncaring practice. There are many great vets who help all animals and would be better to support those .

My auntie used to be a loyal customer, sadly recently she had the worst experience she has had in years. She has never actually been treated so badly and with such little respect: the receptionists even threatened to get debt collectors to claim 15 pounds. After she had to use their emergency service, they made a mistake with the payment and she had to pay for their inability to use their payment machine. She is very ill and during this horrible time they have had no consideration whatsoever: very disappointing. If you enjoy being treated with respect, I do not recommend them.

Very friendly staff onsite, but when booking app I was meet with unhelpful assistant who could not locate details and I was send away and said thar the registered owner of pet had to call.it turned out thst when pet owner called there were no issues with finding the details of pet. When in clinic - excellent vet care for pets very friendly reception staff and vet as well who very gladly answered all of questions. I came out feeling that I was given great advice.
I have been send a text message reminder for vaccines for cat, however it did not specify that the vaccines were booster vaccines which was not covered by the kitten package purchased earlier therfore when I arrived I had to pay for it.

Definitely would never recommend again! The vet who checked my docile 14 year old cat was brutal! So rough and couldn’t care! Showed no care, compassion, empathy. Unprofessional in his checks and unprofessional in his care! I decided to leave that practice the day after my appointment as my cat started bleeding from inside the ear! The vet had used ear buds so brutally I felt sick! Normally this manipulation is done very gently if the animal is awake or more thorough if the animal is sedated (preferred option by many vets)
Reading all the reviews, many are negative in the last year or so, maybe this place need to change but this particular vet needs to start caring!

My dog went to the vet with a problem with his leg, they said it was fine and should just be rested … lucky I took him to get a second opinion because it was much more serious.. absolutely terrible vet. Not going back there

I sadly have to give a negative review after having had a terrible experience while loosing our beloved cat Nailah.
We brought her to the practice due to having some concerns about her health, she had an invasive procedure that was done without asking us for consent when she was taken to another room " to be examined for a second opinion". Following this invasive procedure her health quickly deteriorated, giving us no choice other than euthanasia to prevent her from suffering any more.
The following day, a different vet that was going to do the procedure, told us she was quickly taking her next door to insert an iv line and was bringing her back to us. She forgot to mention that she was going to be sedating her at the same time.
We wanted to be there for her during her last minutes and ensure that she felt accompanied and safe.
We feel very sad and angry that we have been prevented from accompanying our beloved cat during the worse moments of her life.

Needless to say, we have already found a different clinic for our other cat. But I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
