Called looking for our puppy, Hank’s, first vaccine. Absolutely great service, helped organise all 3 appointments on the phone - easy as anything. First vaccine done and microchip in. Hank was at ease, and me too, such lovely staff. This vet is out of our way but willing to make the trip for such a good experience at the vet.

Sadly our second guinea pig died and we brought it to the vet for communal cremation. The receptionist who was friendly could not select the small animal cremation option and no vet was present to assist. We decided then to pay the cremation charge for large animals with the understanding to get reimbursed for the overcharge the following day when the vet was back in. To our surprise, the vet let us know that they charge now flat cremation rates regardless of the animal ... in our case this resulted in being charged 3x the typical charge. Not happy!

Absolutely fantastic Vets! They welcome our cat and made her feel calm. The whole thing was so thoughtful and professional. I was so impressed. Then afterwards we discussed some healthcare plans and the lady at reception was honest and said that it would not be ideal for our needs given that our cat is indoors. I really appreciated the honesty. Highly recommend these guys!

I took our dog in to see Emma and the team recently and they were amazing.

She was very patient and understanding with him while doing examinations. He’s not the biggest fan of being overly touched but she took it in her stride.

Will definitely be coming back!

We bought our nervous rescue pup here for his annual vaccinations. After a stressful experience at a previous vet (he ran away and had to be carried in) he walked in calmly and happily at Kingston Goddard to see the Team. They gave him a lot of time to become comfortable with them. Katy the vet nurse won him over with treats and fuss and Emma the Vet was so lovely, professional, calm and patient.

Everything was done at the speed he was comfortable with and we even got a wagging tail.
I was dreading this years check up after the trauma of the previous veterinary practice and it could not have been a more different, happier and calmer experience. We won't be going anywhere else and I have recommended them to many friends for their pets.

I emailed in to ask about work experience, my email being very nice and I called their clinic 'wonderful' because I had brought my dog there last year. Someone called Katy responded to my email (bearing in mind there is another bad review about her on here), she told me that I'm making myself stand out and some word of advise, its not nice to say 'wonderful' when I haven't reserched the vets? This was her quoted: you are trying to stand out and it doesn’t look good telling people they have a “wonderful clinic” . I don't know about anyone else but I saw this as a rude approach.

Friendly and professional vet practice. Katy the vet nurse is incredibly caring. When I had to urgently take our cat to Wimbledon Vet Hospital she could see I was upset and flustered. She was so kind and even offered me change for the parking. A great team - Emma the vet is ace too!
