I have used this veterinary practice for many years for all kinds of animals - dogs, cats, degus, guinea-pigs and hamsters to name a few - all of which were treated with the same high level of care. The staff are friendly and have been very understanding and empathetic when it has been necessary to say goodbye to a much loved pet, no matter how big or small.

Natalie has always been a very kind and caring vet to our dog. When Daisy became poorly, Natalie was great throughout the whole process, ensuring our dog was getting the best treatment. Georgina always greeted us warmly, even when Daisy tried to get behind reception, ha.

Unfortunately, at the end we were advised it would be much better if we put her to sleep. The whole process was handled with so much kindness, you can truly see Natalie and Georgina do very much care for the animals they treat. Natalie was wonderful, allowing us time with Daisy before, during and after. It made the whole afternoon a little easier to handle. They are a great team over there and since changing vets, I can say the team at Goddard Chessington are exceptional. If you love your pets, this place will give them the same love and care you want.

I found the vets at this surgery very caring, kind and friendly. My dog was very nervous and they took time with her and she behaved so well for them. Would highly recommend them.

Never would I go there again .Smashed the rear rim of my car on a low wall .No hazard or warning sign .Then the vet took my dog into her room and muzzled her without asking me I was furious she was scared as I wasn't with her

Was a great experience today the new vet that me and Brian had today was very caring kind and gentle with brian who is a staff cross . He's usally very unsure of the vets as expected but we got his jab done easy quickly he didn't even notice. Further more he allowed his claws to be cut with no fuss this time..
Many thanks to Jane and didn't catch the vets name as I have never seen her before .
And always a big thanks to Natalie who is Brian's usal vet.

I would never recommend or use this vet in the future. I took an animal there recently and I feel like I was treated very badly. I found the staff quite rude, uncompassionate & only really concerned with how much money they could get out of a situation.

I have been using this practice for many years with my various pets. Lovely staff, always friendly and very professional. Parking an issue at the Bridge Road practice so add time to your appointment to enable you to find somewhere to park. If using public transport there is a bus stop close by.
