The Vet In Old Isleworth

This is the best vets around. Even before we registered, they gave me emergency advice over the phone (mid-Covid) which was so helpful. The practice is well run and Dr Scott is the only vet I trust with my African pygmy hedgehog.

I have recently move to this vet from somewhere else and what a disappointment! The staff are friendly but the girls seem to be a bit lost in what they are doing. The vet was clueless and unable to handle my energetic pet / she didn’t have a very good approach either. Sorry but I won’t be back!

Ana was great. We took our cat there as an emergency after we just moved to the area. She made sure she could attend us straight way and aslo had great follow-up

I have 2 dogs that attend this vets, my older dog was nervous about the vets after I had issues at the pervious one but all the staff at the clinic have been amazing with him and have taken the time to make him feel welcome.

Gina was so incredibly kind and caring when I had to take my puppy to the vets as he ate a small amount of a pan au chocolate. She was so reassuring and made me feel at ease. Gina has such a lovely manner and is genuinely a lovely kind and caring person. Thank you so much Gina.

We have been to this Vet today for neutering of our male and female
cats; we have used 2 vets previously and have never felt as comfortable and confident when leaving our cats with the. The lovely receptionist was so helpful, friendly and patient. The Vet was brilliant; so helpful, very detailed with everything that was done, we highly recommend this lovely place. Thank you! (Klaud and Kokos Mum)

There was great service just 1 star missing because there was no parking spots near. However there was some just round the corner so it was fine.

Was great when Scot was there and a lovely blond young lady ( she did Ralph’s operation brilliantly ! He recovered so fast from it last year) . They also both helped enormously with his ears. Thank you!
But the new vet that looked after Ralph on two last occasions was very disappointing . She has no clue about cats and didn’t hear what I told her about him . Didn’t spot what was wrong with him, suggested X-ray that wasn’t even needed. I didn’t trust her , I felt not ok and came and took our Ralph away ! It was the best decision I made . New vet within minutes spotted the problem and got treatment done .
Sorry , but I even want my 39£ back for her useless consultation !
