Vets4Pets - Kings Lynn

Amazing staff who clearly cared about our pet, went our of their way to provide support and treatment and who were extremely compassionate when I got a little emotional. They were there to answer our questions, kept in contact and were supportive in helping us sort out the insurance. Couldn't have asked for better.

Average service now, used to be really good.
No weekend surgery's and now having to wait a min of 48 hours for treatment collections, if your lucky the lady next to me wasn't! Real shame been using VFP for nearly 11 years. Wind it back to pre-pandemic service levels please!!!

Bailey came in for her operation was taken care of very well, reassuring that everything was going fantastically, and once bailey was home the aftercare was very much on mark to. Thank you 😊 she is recovering well.

Highly satisfied with my experience, the practice is so overwhelmed by the lack of vets so doing the best they can in the situation. They are constantly trying to juggle appointments so everyone can be seen.

Love the vet we saw. She is competent and attentive to my pet. Thorough and gets the job done.

Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable, prices are always good, service is great and the place is always clean. For these reasons I always use vets4pets.

Very disappointed that they wouldn't reorder my cats flea treatment untill they see him first..as he's not been in for 12 months.
I said he's not been in as there's nothing wrong with him. Receptionist said for us to order he has to be seen.. yes ok book him in but I'm not paying a concultion fee as your requesting to see him.
Once again moneys more important then the animal. How vet have changed over the years.
Very sad.

We have been going there for 10+years now but today was the Final straw, disgraceful service and disgraceful veterinary practice. They used to be good….. they are not anymore. please go elsewhere!
