What a fantastic service l received today when l had to bring my gorgeous Romanian rescue dog George in for treatment. He had a dew claw on his back leg that had grown round into a circle and had gone back in the same hole...l was asked to bring him in as soon as l could as he was in pain. The nurses were so kind and patient and very calm which made George feel secure and safe...he did not appear to feel a thing and when it was all over he was made a great fuss of by everyone including the lovely reception staff too. They were very kind to me as they could see l was upset for George. I cannot thank you enough.

We've been with Shenfield vets for around a year now and they have always been helpful and compassionate with the problems our dog has. Never feel rushed and, given the costs of obtaining the ongoing medication our dog needs, they offered to give us a private prescription so that we can buy the meds on the internet for half the cost.
Definitely recommend this practice, one of the best I've ever belonged to.

Used this vet for my dog in an emergency (normally use a different branch). Got an appointment for 50 minutes after I called.The receptionist/nurse was so lovely on our arrival. The vet was great too. Really thorough and put both me and my dog at ease. Thank you so much.

Absolutely excellent staff, they all worked really hard at making my 42kg Labrador feel relaxed and comfortable (he’s nervous and a big scaredy-cat). We have had terrible experiences with vets from other practices but the staff here have made us feel so much better about going, no more dreading the consultation and confident of the outcome. They really do know what they are doing.
