Medivet Enfield Great Cambridge Rd

I have been with this practice since it was Happy Pet and stayed with them when they joined Medivet. We have always received the highest standard of care and been treated with respect at all times. Lorenzo, Lucy, Pat, Elaine, Sean and Ivo are amazing. They always strive to provide the very best care. I had to put my oldest cat to sleep this week which was very unexpected and sudden for us. However, we were shown compassion, respect, dignity and love. I really felt like my cat had belonged to an extended family due to the care that was shown to us. I would recommend this practice to anyone. As a veterinary practice, it is very clear that everything the staff do, they do with a genuine love for the animals. It doesn't seem to be "just a job" for them. It is evident that they take pride in what they do but they always put the animals first. Your pets welfare is paramount to them. I cannot thank them enough.

We’ve had very good experience with Medivet Enfield. Lorenzo and his team are caring and professional and looked after our cat really well, accommodating us whenever there was an emergency. They showed compassion and understanding. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Completely inept veterinary. My cat collapsed one day so we took him straight here as have been with them for quite some time. Vet bill was +£300 to see him. Ended up being discharged within an hour, only to be told he was "fine" and "just old". One week later he showed serious breathing problems so this time we took him to a hospital - they diagnosed him with heart failure and he had built-up a significant amount of fluid in his lungs.

I am genuinely fuming with this vet, all different types of tests and they miss something I can literally diagnose from a Google search of the symptoms. Complete scam, money grabbers. Your pet will most likely come out worse than they went in - mine almost died.

Been bringing my cats here for a while. All staff - reception, vets & nurses extremely professional and kind to my pets and me. Helpful with paperwork, and monthly plan for vaccines and flea/worm treatments.
One of cats recently became unwell and died after 4 days intensive treatment, staff were exceptionally caring to us all. We even received a handwritten sympathy card in the post. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely amazing staff.
They gave the best care to the kitten I rescued. They battled to save her. Unfortunately she passed away.
I will be internally grateful for them being so compassionate, professional and caring.

The Staff at this branch are very helpful and supportive. Vet Lorenzo is always polite, helpful and explains everything to you. We have been using this branch for many years and are now back with our newest addition.
Our girl was spayed here in November and the care during was fantastic along with the after care from the nurse.

Medivet is far more reasonable than vets at pets at home. When my cat died cremation was £100 cheaper at Medivet for the same service!!! Also I love my monthly payment plan, so all flea, worm and boosters taken care of. Lorenzo the vet on a10 is fab he explains everything and takes a common sense approach, if he ever left I would be gutted ! I have been a customer for years now at this branch, plus hospital services are local too !
