I needed an appointment for my pet rat. He was showing signs of possible ear infection.
I got an appointment quick and treatment was fast. Steroid and anitbototic injection given. Excellent advice given . Made me feel more at ease how to treat my pet at home for next 24hours. Good customer service listened to me well and responded in a caring way. Fingers crossed for full recovery and thank you Goddards vets!

Excellent and thorough treatment from vet Russell and friendly staff. Immaculately clean in both waiting area and examination room. Managed to accommodate us at short notice as our regular vet is sadly unwell in hospital. It's a bit far for us to use permanently, but would certainly use this service again if we're in the same predicament.
