I'm not from Birmingham and it was a Bank Holiday when I had to call them due to my dog being sick and not eating. They managed to squeeze him in even though they were fully booked and did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. You can tell they love animals ❤️. My dog has made a full recovery.

Lovely staff. My dog has a phobia of vets since his neutering, and they were really understanding and had lots of treats ready for him to positively reinforce his experience there

We found dogs in our front garden without an owner, after asking round the neighbours we decided to take it to this veterinary practise. They were very busy but made time to scan thier microchips and call the owners and made for a speedy return.

Polite and helpful staff. My cat showed signs of feeling better less than 2hrs after seeing the vet. Thankful!

Took our cat to this place for an examination with urine problem.

We are aware our cat can be aggressive with strangers but the Vet did not even attempt the examination by asking for us or the staffs help. Extremely unhappy with the cost vs the quality of service we received. We ended up with a 5mins conversion, a bottle of destress medicine and no examination for a whooping £77.

Cost is not a problem but the quality of service does not justify the cost in this example. We will never come to this place again.

Vet very thorough with examination of my cat. Quick service. Fair price. Receptionist lovely. Can tell they care about the animals.
