My dog was vomiting blood I was Told it wasn’t an emergency by their award winning friendly receptionist dawn.

Trying to get my vip money back as we had nothing from the service and my dog was treated as anything but vip no one returns phone calls or emails. I’ve been trying to make a complaint and get my refund back for a whole month. Olivia keeps promising me a call back from Donna which I never receive. Makes me laugh sat on hold listening to how great they are with their Award winning team 😳yet they can’t even call u bak

My almost 18-year-old cat is registered with Mayow vets, and every now and then we get to visit the Corner Vets who are always warm and welcoming. The vet listened to our concerns, and used evidence based practice to inform her treatment and management. She was gentle in assessing and handling our cat and showed care and compassion throughout. I’ve been registered with this company for several years and I regularly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the area.

The vet nurse administered an incorrect (too high) dose of anti-inflammatory medication to my small kitten which meant that she had to stay in for obs and fluid. Safety checks are clearly not in place. This vet practice is not safe - I urge you to take your pets to Medivet instead.

my partner phoned this morning to register our puppy lady was absolutely foul on the phone don't know how thay can trade glad we dident register online found a absolute perfect veterinary called avenue vets in Wallington bend over backwards and very helpful AVOID this place at all costs

Avoid at all costs. If you love your animals stay far away. DAWN is the worst receptionist and clearly only cares about money not the health of the animals. Rude staff unprofessional manors. Extortionate prices overall rubbish. The vet should be shut down asap!!!

I recently registered with this vet but I can say that I am very satisfied. I was not refused registration as happened at other vets. from the reception to the doctors, I am very satisfied. I recommend with confidence.Andreea

We had an injured wild parakeet they was very helpful although the poor bird had to be euthanised , Thankyou for helping Linda Hunt

They are very kind,professionals,loving,understanding.
We have being going to this Surgery for 19 years.
They are better than going to see the GP
They always find time to help in every way the can.
We are very lucky to be part of their Surgery.
