Reading some of these comments I'm appalled! I have been using this vet for over 13 years and would never go anywhere else. My dog had so many issues since she was a pup and the vet was amazing, informative and compassionate on each and every single visit/operation we had. I trusted him wholeheartedly and he helped my dog live a long and happy life. Staff are amazing but as a vet, Mr T is absolutely amazing and I can't thank him and the staff anymore for what they did for my dog Skye.

My dog had no issues for 10yrs only neutering/ general checkup. When my dog got sick age 10 was prescribed antaacids on 3 different occasions in 5/10 minute quick checkups. waiting times up to 45minutes even thgh appointments booked. Despite me directly saying the issue is not clearing and could it be pancreatitis this was not taken seriously. Last straw was removing 9 teeth without notice when only advised 2 were planned to be taken out.. as an owner i would like to be informed of ongoings at the very least whilst my dog is under op. Excuse from the vet owner was 'were too busy if you dont like it go somewhere else'. Disgusting.

Since changed vets and diagnosed with pancreatitis within 2 weeks and much better diet plan. Hangover issues from this vet ongoing as insurance not paying due to pre existing symptoms and severe weight loss over 9months as misdiagnosed. Neighbour had same issue but for them it was too late.

Gut feeling is they have taken on too many customers but does not excuse for the rudeness and lack of compassion from the owner. Feel it is right to make others aware - avoid.

It's like they always put you and your pet first.
Just as if you are their only client.
They're rushed of their feet but your pet is always treated as if they're the only one there.
Great practice, great team

Always a good experience.. really caring and knowledgeable staff.. make the pets feel at ease.. everything is explained in details to the pet parents by the doctors and the staff (both the pros and cons).. timely follow-up is done by the team with the pet parents.

Terrific vets - lots of care, always busy ( a good sign!)
Reception room can feel a little small, but it appears a well-
managed practice.

I can't thank enough for how they deal with my bunny. I just got him vaccinated and neutered and all went brilliant. The staff is lovely and the prices are affordable. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended 👌🏻

So I bought a kitten 3 weeks ago who the breeder had said was 8 weeks..she was 5, Alisha had weighed my Luna and said how tiny she was and gave the prescribed flea spot as well, due to this breeder letting the kittens into next doors garden….wasn’t happy! But we got rid of the fleas the treatment was great and took home worming….2nd visit was yesterday for Lunars 1st vaccine and the gentlemen was fantastic, my little one didn’t feel a thing or cry…the receptionist was amazing as well, I even came early and they fitted me in….they are an amazing bunch and have made us feel so welcome and looked after….thank you Lauren and Luna 🥰🥰😍😍.
Update - went a week ago for the second vaccination and again Luna was amazing, the vet there is so great with your animals…I’m quite fussy about customer service and every time we have been there it’s always been such a smooth ride, the vet is great with my kitten and even gives treats after jab…very cute..she is now ready to go outside and next week is micro chip…highly recommend
