Arc Veterinary Centre

Great vet clinic with great communication, always polite and helpful and reasonable prices. The staff is lovely, they really enjoy what they're doing and they care. Both vets are knowledgeable and always upfront about any treatment and options and we never felt rushed, quite the opposite. Our cat also doesn't have any problem being at the clinic, as soon as we're with the vet, she calms down :)

Lovely little vet office which is small enough not to overwhelm your pet as the waiting room is small and they space out the appointments. Easy to park there too. Receptionists are friendly and we saw Richard as our vet and he was super friendly and kind and the service was quick. Highly recommend.

In it for the money only, not the animals. Disgustingly dirty practice, soulless and unwelcoming. Staff are much the same. If you love your pet, do them a favour and take them to a vet who cares about animals and not how much money they can make out of you! Left feeling very upset and shocked.

Friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. My dog is scared of vets but here they took the time to try to put him at ease and be sensitive to his needs. I came here for a second opinion after another vet had said that surgery with general anaesthetic would be needed. At Arc they took the whole picture into account rather than pushing the option which would earn them the most money. The ailment resolved without the expense and risks of surgery, and trust was gained.

Couldn't imagine a friendlier or more welcoming vet practice. We first went there after accidentally booking a different vet - it was the middle of the pandemic and the vet was closing for the day - but they saw us anyway, straight away, no problem!
We've been going here ever since and would highly recommend this practice if you love your animal and want it to have the best care available by staff that go above and beyond!
