Nico and team are really wonderful - very helpful for humans to deal with and have taken great care of our dogs - past and present. Nico especially has been patient and good with dogs who aren’t great with strangers. The team is lovely, kind and do a great job!

Great and relaxing atmosphere, friendly receptionists - they helped me a lot starting from my call making appointment. A big thanks to the doctor who gave answers to all my questions. My cat was not scared and felt comfortable. Welcoming and professional service!

The staff and veterinarian are amazing, we have been there a few times and always willing to help.

We did the castration there and we had absolutely no issues, our dog was up and running around from the minute we took him.

The service at Medivet Catford was above and beyond. My usual vet was I’ll and the receptionist recommended this branch. I couldn’t be happier. The vet explained everything she was doing and took time to answer my numerous questions. When my dog deteriorated in the afternoon, the vet called me back to discuss a solution. They prescribed more medication for me to collect. Thank you so much for everything Beau is much better.

I have only called a few times now, but the people working here always pick up the phone quickly and are so kind and helpful. Will definitely bring my cat here if there are any issues or for yearly vaccinations.

Staff are very friendly & helpful & appointments are easy to book. We had both of our kittens neutered here and they were great both times & we felt that our cats were well looked after. Would recommend if you're looking for a vet in the area!

Can’t recommend this vets enough. The staff are all lovely, appointments are easy to book, they keep you updated and send you reminders, and handle my nervous cats well.
