First time using after being recommended to me for ferrets.
I'm one of these annoying pet owners that's really fussy who I leave my babies with and normally just by talking to reception I'm put off.
But no when I booked and registered I was really pleased with the people I spoke to they was helpful, caring and most importantly knowledgeable and those that wasn't asked and promptly called me back to tell me what I needed to know.
I went today and waited until my animals was home and still I was really pleased.
I took 3 ferrets today 1 for a Jill jab (hormones) 2 for castration.
From start to finish I was pleased.
I did read reviews here first and lots complained about waiting time.
That's crazy
This is a very busy popular practise and I'm not sure how fast they expect them to speed through people's animals but the waiting times was more than acceptable.
It's a very roomy practise but due to the current virus situation they are limited how many people can be in there and this is understandable.
It was very basic but clean and hygienic and all social distancing rules was undertaken.
I was quickly seen at reception and dealt with in a nice friendly manner.
The nurses are lovely well who I see was and they actually genuinely seemed to care and show great interest in the animal.
I really like that as I don't see it enough.
My animals are all happy and well I'm sure In the boys cases they are sore lol
Cost was really reasonable and the only thing that was a shock was that I was charged as much for a Jill jab as I was for a spay.
But I will deal with that as the rest was all so positive.
Highly recommend this vet for anyone and if like me you struggle finding a ferret savvy vet, this is your place.
Thanks guys 😊

I'm sad to write this review as 2 of our family members use the practice. We accomplished what we came to do but it was extremely difficult due to the attitude and demeanour of the vet we worked with. For starters, she greeted us by saying we were late although we had called 2 hours prior to ask to change the appointment because we would be running 5 minutes late. We then walked in the room and the vet table was filthy to the point that we didn't want to put our puppy on it. Because we could tell she was in a mood we obliged but a professional practice should really have better sanitary standards. We were then told that our breeder was 'dodgy' because we didn't bring proof of deworming that was done at 2 and 5 weeks. We were asked not to 'sue' the vet if our dog became sick. First vaccinations on 27/06 and second done today on 27/07 - apparently we were 2 then 3 days late. The information we were given kept changing but overall we cannot bring ourselves to go back here. The service means you will likely have a new vet every time, but that means there will be no continuation of care for your pet. Really unfortunate service although reception was lovely - hence the 2 stars.

Very friendly staff. Nice practice. Took a puppy for checks and jabs - all good. Very reasonable prices too. Would recommend.

Where would we be without these earth angels. Not the cheapest vets around but certainly not the most expensive. Nice big waiting room. Pleasant staff. The only down side is you have to cross the big main road to get to the vets which did spoke my dog out as there was lots of traffic, lorries and buses thundering past.

Great price and appointment availability. Staff were great and we'll definitely go back despite numerous other vets being much closer to home. Recommended

Phoned them a week ago (13/01/23) to arrange flea treatment for my cat. Had to be signed off by vet as I was going to get 9 months worth. Lady I spoke to said she would call me when it was ready. Well I gave up today and went in as I had heard nothing. Nothing had been done that's why I had heard nothing. I had to get 3 months worth, which is how much they are allowed to sell you without consulting the vet. Not going back as we had one of their vets trying to get us to have an expensive blood test on our other cat who has since passed away. We got a second opinion from another vet and it was deemed unnecessary. Also the cat was in a very stressed state and they still thought it would be ok to take her back. It was a horrible experience for us and the cat and today just topped it off. Bye bye easipetcare, you will not be conning me again.

We were recommended this vets by a couple of people, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The vet we saw was very unfriendly from the moment we entered the room. He didn’t introduce himself. He hardly looked at our cat other than to weigh her. He told us he had never handled such a difficult cat which must be a complete lie as she hardly moved and is not vicious in the slightest. He then suggested for us to get a full set of bloods done for her, which he said he might not be able to do because she is so difficult. We requested the results to be sent to us afterwards to send to our usual vets after we had this bad experience as we didn’t trust his interpretation of the results and wanted them double checked. The results had the actual cost of the bloods written at the bottom. We had to pay hundreds more than this price showing their mark up on prices is HUGE. This is disappointing for a vet describing themselves as a low cost vets. On top of this, there were also mistakes on the paperwork, ie our cats gender was wrong. The vet also told us that he doesn’t recommend giving cats wet food, but only dry food. Now I’m no vet but that does not seem like good advice to me. This review is based on our one and only visit here, so this is not representative of every vet who works there. This was however our experience, and unfortunately it means we will not be returning customers.
