Riversmeet Vetsin Atherstone

My dogs and I love this vets practice - I always go there, even though I live in Nuneaton. Everyone is kind, caring and understanding. I changed to this practice when my mini schnauzer puppy was diagnosed with juvenile kidney disease. Throughout her illness she had many visits and stays in their hospital (in Tamworth) where we were always treated with care and compassion.

When Holly died everyone was so kind, giving us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. We were sent a lovely sympathy card too.

I'm not sure if it's still going ahead, but there was talk of having hospital facilities in the Atherstone site, which would be excellent, I hope it will still be going ahead.

Unfortunately I have had to deduct 1 star now as they have started charging an admin fee for filling in an online insurance form. They never used to do this and the pricing for all services used to be very reasonable, it seems that they are now starting to be like all the others, which I'm very sad about.

Very good. Both animal and human clients treated with kindness, two centers so can always get seen, particularly as Saturday and also Sunday appointments are available if need be. The staff at all levels seem interested in their job, unlike at my previous vets, and discuss issues to ensure your understanding.

Great vets. Everything was explained to me about what was going to happen to my pet. Staff very help full and kind. Price is good as well.
