Vets4Pets - Ruislip

My pug was very sick and had constant seizure-like behaviour. I called and was able to have an emergency appointment within a reasonable time. All staff members were very polite, but Monica went above and beyond to understand what could be wrong with Yoda. She was very understanding and sympathetic as I was obviously panicking and clearly very upset for my dogs well-being. After tests and medication given we went home as my pup is quite anxious outside his comfort zone so we decided it would be best for him. The medication helped him and Monica as well as her colleagues called and asked about his improvement on a couple of occasions the same day and the following day. I forgot my card at home and that was not a problem as I was able to pay via phones.
My pug is fully recovered since and we will are very grateful of the genuine attention and care we have been provided with.

Short waiting time. Lovely lady vet. Explained everything clearly. Very gentle with my puppy who was a little excitable.

I went in for vaccinations but was explained that this might not be the best option for my pet. I’m really satisfied that my pet’s well-being was put above making me pay for services that weren’t required but also a genuine interest in getting my pet as well as possible (he’s HIV positive so this is important to me as a cat owner)

friendly reception, clean and tidy waiting area, calm efficient honest vet. We have had terrible experiences with dishonest veterinary practices in the past. This is my third visit to vets4pets and I would not take my pets anywhere else for a consultation.

Altought I did not had an appoinment to speak with a vet and it was the end of her shift, she offered me time for my bunny and helped him with his problem.

The vet was nice and seemed interested in my dog.Also getting a appointment was fairly easy

My favoured store for Vets4Pets. I also love the staff in store and regularly go and look at the rescue rabbits Leah, is a lovely young lady and we talked extensively about rabbits. I throughly enjoyed our chat! and a bunny enthusiast like myself. Well stocked store and staff are helpful. Vets4Pets I totally live the team, from Maria 🧡, Jack and OFC Phil, my chosen vet! I’m his biggest fan. However, all the staff are kind, respectful, professional and accommodating. I’ve never had a bad experience at Ruislip and value the vets there. Thank you for all the kindness you show to me. Always delivering a great service. Thank you Maria and Jack for looking after me. Thanks to the whole team that work so well, Elija and Hannah, if I’ve missed out anyone else, I’m so sorry.

They have been very helpful in managing my little kitten Lola. So far, getting appointments has been easier than being seen on time.
