Excellent vets, excellent staff lucky to of been using them for years

A BIG thank you to you Denise and to everyone involved at White House Vets. When we reported a stray cat you immediately helped us bring her into your practice, took excellent care of her, were able to trace her family and reunite her with them, all within 24 hours. In the midst of a heat wave. At no cost to us. It brought tears to our eyes, we are just so grateful to you.

Not a pleasant experience for my mothers cat. Refused to examine her the first time as she was too “feisty”. The man vet there showed no compassion or care. Will not be returning to this practice and should have listened to others who have told us to steer clear of this vets.

Seriously this vets is a joke! I don’t know where to begin. Avoid at all costs. I should have been guided by others advice to steer clear of these negligent so-called vets!! They could not even examine my cat properly and I was told she was fine but some time passed she was sick again and had an ongoing condition. They offered her treatment that would have killed her. Don’t be fooled by so many positive reviews as some of them are fake!!

The most caring, informative veterinary practice. So glad we chose this practise as Cooper's vet.

They have never let me down. Always happy to explain treatment, risks, costs, timeframes and so on. Very friendly and professional and will listen to your concerns.

White House Vets look after our two dogs, Max and Pippa. I mean exactly that, they look after them - they go the extra mile. Whenever there is a problem they are seen quickly and treatment and advice is always sound. Beyond the excellent pet care, it's a very welcoming and friendly practice.
