The way the vet went out of her way to make Eva relaxed. Previous to joining this practice the vet used to make us muzzle Eva and hold her tight. But since we joined this practice they go out of there way to make Eva relaxed no muzzles just a joy to bring her now thank you

Never feel rushed when speaking to the vets. They always take time to explain anything needed I great detail.
Also love the new wattsapp communication which has helped me recently while my dog was ill.

Jenny is absolutely fantastic with Marley. She has been under her care for just under 6 months now for cancer treatment and we are extremely happy with everything that Jenny has done for Marley, from first diagnosis to routine treatment. We cannot thank her enough.

Sansa sustained a small bite wound around the eye, the practice was just about to close when i rang, they agreed to wait for us to have a look at the wound, when we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming and supportive. At no point where we rushed, it really was above and beyond top quality care. we have our cat registered at another local vet, we have now registered the cat with you as well, thank you all so much.

The vet who did the surgery on my pet did an absolute amazing job, I'm so happy and impressed. He's bounced back so fast and healed beautifully. I cannot say thank you enough! He's a gerbil and the vet here is trained with exotics!! I couldnt be any happier with the outcome.

The staff at Burscough Vets for Pets are always helpful friendly and very accommodating. They always do their best to give me an appointment within a couple of days. All the staff are interested in my cats and genuinely care about the pets they are treating. When I have had to attend with my cat who had passed away from a heart attack all of the staff were full of compassion and care.

Excellent reception staff warm and friendly. The nurse made a fuss of our puppy and was gentle and caring with her. Friendly and warm with us aw owners. Our puppy had her first claw clip as well as her monthly flea treatment. The nurse was clam and our puppy remained calm and was happy to have her claws done. Her tail never stopped wagging. Totally feel in safe hands and we know we can see a vet if it is needed.

We are extremely grateful to Dr Maria Livesley(?) for her highly professional, thorough, and sensitive treatment of Sarah - whom we are very happy to say is now relaxed and comfortable. Although Dr Livesley was having a busy morning she went out of her way to be helpful putting together 'print-outs' regarding Sarah's condition, together with recommendations for future care.
