Staff are always incredibly friendly especially in difficult situations. It's easy to park (for free). There very knowledgeable as a family we have been coming here for over 42 years. There is nothing negative to say about Grove Lodge

I have been with Grove Lodge for 3 years now and have no complaints- they are always professional and friendly. I trust them completely with the care of my much loved dog. The Pet Health Club option is really good for spreading the cost of regular treatments.

Took my dog here last week as had an ear infection. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and gave my dog a treat whilst we waited to be seen.
The vet was lovely and friendly and gave great advice on aftercare.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly. I feel confident that they put the animals they treat first.
The Pet Plan is an excellent way to cover general yearly costs.
Treatment outside these costs is reasonable, although prescription costs I feel are a little costly.
