Took my male cat in for castration. Was charged exactly what was quoted with no hidden extras like I was at a different vets. Pre assessment and both follow up appointments were included in price as was the pouch of food, medication and buster collar. Brilliant service and so good with my kitten. Also kept me updated by phone of my baby boys progress after his operation. I've got no issues taking his sister next month to have her operation done.

I do like the staff and vets here, but they always try to muzzle my nervous dog, he is vocal, not aggressive and is controlled, he's also only a small dog as well. He has NEVER EVER bit anyone, I trust my dog, I can restrain him if and when needed. For people who love animals it's a bit wild sometimes.

All the staff are so friendly and really work to making tour pet as comfortable with their visit as possible. The communication is also excellent with text reminder of booking appointments and reminder when you have an appointment. Follow up calls as needed following treatment. Been with them for over 6 years now and can't fault them.

Had to take my Siamese in as she’d stopped eating and this was closer than my usual vet; the staff were so good with her, especially Chelsea the vet and the nurses. Sadly, it was the worst outcome, but they were so very compassionate and didn’t give me any false hope on the prognosis. Will happily take my others here next time.

Beware of scam claiming to have your missing beloved animal, will claim to be from this vets ( they are not and don't have your pet ) asked for card details to pay for treatment it's a scam this happened personally to me today and this vets didn't have my pet. I'm heart broken and been scammed all at once I'm early pregnant and this is stressful and unhealthy.
I now know no one will asked for payment over the phone if pet is found .
Please be advised as this was an awful experience

Avoid they told me my dog was dehydrated bring down asap they kept him in done tests then said he has diabetes so sold me insulin £900 later never monitored him he had bad turns had to have him put to sleep wanted another £560 so went to another vets got it done for £325 so where do they get there prices from they never told me about other complications this could have so it would of been test after test all they want is your money they don’t care about your animals they are a rip of choose your vets very carefully avoid these make me wonder if he did have diabetes or they just say that to get you money every month for tests & insulin wish I got another opinion at another vets but I would of had to start all again
