We have seen Sean and he was fantastic and caring to my dog (to me he wasn't just a dog, he was my baby) Sean was honest and helped me to understand what my options were and what we was dealing with. He was extremely professional and gave me as much time as I needed so I could say goodbye to my baby. Thank you Sean for your help and care for Pip. Our family is a bit broke at the loss of him but we didn't want him suffering. Normally with Vets Pip has backed off and been really uneasy with them but with you he seemed quite relaxed and knew you was doing the best that you could. Thank you

Oh and the lady on reception was AMAZING, she was caring and compassionate with what I was dealing with, thank you for listening to me.

I cannot express enough how brilliant, caring and lovely the Staff at the vets are. We are forever grateful for making us feel welcome and the way you care for our pets with compassion.
We took our Girl (dog) to have her deep sleep. She left this earth gently and in dignity. And we were treated with empathy and involved throughout. Thank you.

Have been using vets for over 30yrs for my dogs & this was honestly the first time I felt my opinion was listened to, my dog & I were treated with kindness & respect without that air of judgement given by so many medical professionals. I was very nervous going in as I suffer with anxiety and had lost a dog less than 6 months ago so was panicking & a bit full on I guess trying to hid it x. I felt immediately put at ease from the receptionist & the vet Dr Brister. Happy to say my fur baby is already improving 24hrs later & my palpations have calmed down lol x Thank you so much x Would highly recommend 10/10 x

This vets is fantastic, im am pleased to say not only do they have our dogs welfare at heart but also are assuring to us too. Keep up the good work matt and team. Thank you for everything, it means alot ❤️

These veterinarians are really lovely to talk to. They explain everything thoroughly and don't try to rush you out. You can tell they love the animals. My little pooch has been recovering from a leg operation and the vets have constantly been in touch to check up on his progress.

Was very impressed by the team at Shirebrook.. very polite & understanding as was our 1st time visiting the surgery.. there was quite a bit of traffic at the time we were travelling...& thank you to the groomers at pets & friends for the recommendation... many many thanks from jack the lab & his mum & dad.xx

The Cottage Kitties 🐱 cat rescue & sanctuary now use Shirebrook vets . They are very supportive especially the nursing staff with our poorly kitties 🐱 Meows
