I moved to Companion Care after awful experience elsewhere. 4 of my cats and I have seen Michelle, Ruth and Abi so far, we have been very happy. My boy’s neuter operation went really well, my neonatal kitten was accommodated even on a very very busy Saturday and is thriving now, and my other cats had a comprehensive health check with their annual booster vaccine. I never felt rushed, they took time to explain what I could do better. Also very helpful, friendly ladies at the reception. I’m so glad I moved to Companion Care!

First time visiting with two guinea pigs. One needed simple nail clipping but the other needed a check-up. Both the nurse and vet were brilliant. They were kind and considerate. They were so gentle and loving towards the piggies and also spent a lot of time explaining things to me. I really appreciated the effort they went to to help, reassure me. I felt really comforted and cared for and that both pets were in safe hands

I always find the staff extremely friendly. We saw a different Vet to our usual one but she knew all about my dog and his special needs due to extreme anxiety. The receptionist had kindly given me an appointment at the end of the day so that the waiting room was less busy

Our much loved family cat suddenly fell unwell last Tuesday. I got an emergency appointment on Tuesday evening. Everyone from the receptionists, nurses, and Mohsen the vet were wonderful. Mohsen took such great care of Audrey throughout the week. I cannot thank him enough. She is now getting back to her naughty self!

I was really fond of the Vet called Mohsen, he was very good with handling of my two dogs and gentle in mannerisms as this is so important for Teddy, due to his epilepsy.
Mohsen was extremely knowledgeable about the medication that Teddy is taking and although it was an appointment for boosters, we discussed Teddy’s eye which has been red and sore and non responsive to antibiotics and he suggested that we send a sample off to the lab, even though I knew this would incur an additional cost, I didn’t feel pressurised in making the decision straight away and didn’t feel put on the spot. He thoroughly checked both Ellie and Teddy at the time of their boosters, weighing, listening to their chest, feeling their stomachs, checking their teeth and I felt this was extremely thorough. The receptionists were pleasant and informative and I much prefer the new phone system and how it operates and the speed of which the call is taken.
Absolutely no complaints here, just positive feedback - thank you so much :)

This was an unplanned visit. Took me a while to find a vet with reptile experience in my area that would see my lizard quickly. Vet was really lovely, very helpful and professional. He had lots of good advice which we still follow and our lizard made a full recovery and is doing well.

Appointment provided within a reasonable time; vet knew my pet and was very nice and sympathetic; my appointment was late due to an emergency but I was pleased to wait as emergencies should come first, good price on the plan.

Absolutely appalling place. If it were possible, I would give them a minus rating.
Our dog was treated for a RTA. Different vets gave varying diagnoses. Offered expensive treatments, which proved totally unwarranted. It’s the first time I’ve used their services, however they submitted 2 claims to our insurers (instead of 1) meaning I would have to pay 2 excess fees. I have been chasing them for 4 weeks to rectify their mistake….the response from their admin woman Joolz “we’re too busy to deal with you, someone will make contact when we have time”.
Our dog was seen by them on 15th of November…..I’m still waiting for £800.00 to be paid from my insurers….but hey, they’re busy!!!!! Oh yes, they charged my insurance company £103.00 for tablets that were never dispensed.
